This summer I had the opportunity to lend a visual hand to an exciting new adventure from local friends Gia and Megan. They’ve launched Twenty20 Boutique, a way to shop for fresh, stylish, hand-picked women’s fashion.
Gia & Megan had a logo but wanted to do a little exploration of additional brand graphics, plus a design for the packaging they use to deliver purchases to their customers.
Taking cues from the logo, color palette, and hand-picked concept, I looked at themes that recall the experience of shopping and the gift-giving experience.
Papercraft, gift-wrap tissue, deep blues and golds, plus textures in watercolor, metallic ink & paint all came together with photography to create an evocative visual for the boutique’s mailers and tissue-sealing stickers.
